William A. Bogdan has joined LeClairRyan as a partner of the firm’s construction litigation and employment litigation teams. He is resident in the national law firm’s San Francisco office.

A Bronx native, in 1986 Bogdan moved from the Jersey Shore to California to begin a lifelong career in civil litigation. He frequently represents contractors in indemnity, injury and property damage actions, and employers in a variety of workplace and compensation disputes.

Bogdan serves on the Legal Advisory Committee of the California Association of General Contractors, and is a member of the Labor & Employment Section of the State Bar Association of California and the San Francisco Bar Association.

In addition to writing frequent articles on construction liability issues, Bogdan has lectured at Lloyd’s of London, the DRI Employment Law Committee Annual Meeting, the AGC Legal Advisory Committee, and a variety of public and private audiences on employment and construction topics.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University (B.A.) and Boston University (J.D.), Bogdan is admitted in California.
