Orrick announced today that Pete Elias has joined the firm as a partner in our Tax practice, based in Santa Monica. Pete is the 5th partner to join Orrick’s corporate team since January 2021. He joins the firm from Pillsbury.

Pete advises clients on domestic and cross-border tax issues that arise in complex business and investment transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment fund transactions, and equity and debt financings. He brings extensive experience advising rapidly growing tech companies on tax issues, as well as provides counsel on real estate capital markets transactions and joint ventures.
