Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP has set its sights on Sao Paulo. The firm is planning on opening an office there in the near future. Anderw B. Janszky is switching firms from Shearman & Sterling LLP to head Milbank’s new office. Milbank also scored another Shearman attorney by the name of Tobias Stirnberg.
