Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP welcomes Julianne A. Henley, Aaron M. Holloway, and Andrew W. Moses to the Seattle office. Henley joins as a partner focusing her practice on the protection and enforcement of clients’ intellectual property rights. Holloway and Moses join the firm after practicing in California and New York, respectively, and represent clients in the areas of corporate real estate and commercial transactions.

About Julianne Henley
Henley assists clients with intellectual property prosecution, enforcement, litigation strategies, and IP due diligence for financing, merger, and acquisition transactions. Her IP practice includes trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, domains, online presence assets and disputes, trade secrets, and rights of publicity. She also develops anticounterfeiting strategies, and helps client leverage their intellectual property assets by working with customs officials to seize and destroy counterfeit goods at ports before they reach the open market. Henley has been named to Washington Super Lawyers magazine’s Rising Stars list every year since 2013, and has been recognized by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine as one of the top women lawyers in the state. Henley earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington before receiving her law degree from Seattle University’s School of Law.
About Aaron Holloway
Holloway joins Miller Nash Graham & Dunn with over five years of experience representing investors, developers, joint ventures, purchasers, sellers, borrowers, and tenants in a broad range of corporate real estate transactions. He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating financing documents, sale-purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and leases. Holloway earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware before receiving his law degree from the Howard University School of Law. Holloway served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and as a legal intern at the Federal Trade Commission, Office of the Commissioner, William E. Kovacic. Before attending law school, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an advisory associate.
About Andrew Moses
Moses joins Miller Nash Graham & Dunn with three years of experience working on corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions. Moses advises clients on matters involving entity choice and formation, business operations and contracts, commercial lending transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He also provides regulatory compliance counsel to clients in a variety of industry settings, including liquor and cannabis. Moses earned his bachelor’s degree at Tulane University before receiving his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
