Selena She has recently joined Llinks as a partner, brining with her core members of her team. Selena She has extensive practice experience in corporate, foreign direct investment, merger & acquisition, private equity/venture capital, strategic investments, etc.
Her practicing areas also include real estate investments and property financing, cross-border transactions intellectual property rights and technology license. Selena She has been working with Orrick Shanghai Office for more than three years after her return from Silicon Valley where she devoted herself in legal practice for more than ten years. Selena and her team will further enhance and strengthen Llinks’ practice in corporate law and its relevant areas to better serve our clients.
