Bryan Cave LLP announced today that Ming Zu has joined the firm’s Shanghai office as a partner.
Mr. Zu has more than 20 years of experience advising foreign companies doing business in China. He also advises Chinese companies on outbound, cross-border transactions and their investments in Europe and North America. His expertise includes foreign investment into China (including the formation, operation and restructuring of foreign-invested enterprises). Mr. Zu also has extensive experience advising strategic investors and private equity funds on mergers and acquisitions in China. He also brings experience in related areas of practice, such as IP licensing, real estate, and regulatory compliance that impact various industry sectors, including energy and natural resources.

Mr. Zu is both UK and PRC qualified. Before joining Bryan Cave, he was a partner at Pinsent Masons and had previously practiced at Freshfields and Allen & Overy.
