Kenyon & Kenyon LLP has announced that Michael N. Zachary has rejoined the firm as a litigation partner in the Palo Alto office. The addition of Mr. Zachary will further strengthen the already highly-ranked patent litigation practice at Kenyon, underscoring the firm’s commitment to providing a full complement of intellectual property legal services to its clients out of its Palo Alto office. Mr. Zachary will continue his practice advising clients on patent infringement, trade secret, trademark and other intellectual property litigation matters.
Mr. Zachary joins Kenyon from the Seattle, Washington office of intellectual property boutique Christensen O’Connor Johnson & Kindness PLLC, where he was a partner focused primarily on intellectual property litigation and enforcement. Mr. Zachary began his legal career at Morrison & Foerster in California, where he became a partner in 1989. He has served as counsel to large, mid-size and start-up clients in the U.S. and Japan including Skype, Amazon, Wacom, PRISM Pharma and Boston Scientific in patent and other IP litigation matters.

Mr. Zachary received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School (1983) and his B.A. cum laude from Columbia University (1978).
