Davis Polk today announced that Ronald Cami will join the firm as partner in the Corporate Department. Mr. Cami will be based in Davis Polk’s Menlo Park office.
Mr. Cami was most recently Partner and General Counsel of TPG Global in San Francisco. Prior to joining TPG in 2010, Mr. Cami was a partner in the Corporate Department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, focusing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate matters, including disclosure and governance advice to Boards of Directors.

Mr. Cami received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 1993 and his B.A. from Harvard College in 1989. From 1993 to 1994, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kevin Thomas Duffy, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
