Latham Adds Top Technology M&A Lawyer in Silicon Valley

Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Greg Roussel has joined the firm in Silicon Valley as a partner in the Corporate Department and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Roussel concentrates his practice on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions involving technology companies. Roussel joins Latham from the Silicon Valley office of Fenwick & West.

Roussel has extensive experience advising industry-leading technology clients in the social networking, software, electronic game, and mobile application sectors.
