Skadden is pleased to announce that Brian Paulson has joined the firm as a capital markets partner in its Palo Alto office. Paulson arrives from Latham & Watkins LLP.
Mr. Paulson has extensive experience advising U.S. and international companies, investment banks and other financial institutions on various capital markets and financing matters, including initial public offerings and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. He also regularly counsels clients across a wide range of industries on corporate governance issues, public company disclosures and securities filings and compliance laws. Prior to joining Skadden, Mr. Paulson was a partner at another global law firm, where he had spent his entire legal career.
