Catharina Min has joined Covington as a partner in its Corporate practice in Silicon Valley. Recently named among the “Top 50 Multicultural Leaders in Technology” by the National Diversity Council, Ms. Min handles a range of transactions for U.S. and international technology companies, including M&A, private financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate partnering, and securities offerings. She also represents early stage companies in general corporate matters and venture capital financings. In addition, she assists companies based in Korea and elsewhere in Asia with their U.S. business law needs.
