KhattarWong LLP is pleased to announce that Long Hsueh Ching has rejoined the Firm as a Partner in the Corporate & Securities Law department.
Hsueh Ching has an extensive background in advising and acting for clients in a wide range of corporate transactions which includes project financing, initial public offerings, takeovers, corporate governance issues, equity and debt securities issues and capital market transactions.

Hsueh Ching was called to the Singapore Bar in 2004 and has been with KhattarWong’s Corporate & Securities Law department for seven years prior to joining another practice. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Law Faculty of NUS co-teaching the module on ‘Corporate Governance in Singapore’. Hsueh Ching has also co-authored in the Cross-border Handbook on Corporate Governance (Singapore Chapter) (PLC-Which Lawyer, 2010 and 2011).
