Drew & Napier LLC welcomes Geraldine Ong as director and the new Head of our Real Estate practice.
She has been in legal practice since 1987. Geraldine was the legal advisor with Jurong Town Corporation and the Singapore Technologies group of companies. She set up her own practice before joining KhattarWong as a consultant.
She is also an independent director of several Public Listed Companies in Singapore.

Geraldine has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and conveyancing practice in and outside Singapore, and has particular expertise in the sale, purchase and financing of real property, leases, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and various forms of commercial agreements. Her experience spans across Asia, Australia, South Africa, Middle East, the UK and Europe.
Geraldine has represented high-net-worth Chinese individuals and Chinese companies in China since 2005. She acts for Chinese companies who have been involved in functional beverages, international trade, property development and management, sports, lifestyle and art & culture industries, travel and hospitality.
