Allen & Overy has appointed Felipe Duque as a U.S. law qualified capital markets partner based in its Singapore office. Felipe returns to Allen & Overy from Shearman & Sterling, where he was counsel.
Felipe brings with him a wealth of experience in acting for issuers, underwriters and other capital markets participants across a variety of debt, equity-linked and equity offerings as well as complex liability management exercises. He was previously based in New York and London and has spent over half his career based in Singapore, advising on transactions in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and across the Asian region more broadly.
