Allen & Overy has appointed Pallavi Gopinath Aney as a capital markets partner based in its Singapore office. Pallavi brings over 15 years of experience advising issuers, underwriters and investors in a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions in India and Southeast Asia. Pallavi joins Allen & Overy from Baker & McKenzie, Wong & Leow in Singapore.
Pallavi has an excellent track record advising on international debt offerings, equity linked offerings of exchangeable and convertible bonds, and equity offerings. Pallavi also has significant experience advising on liability management transactions in the region, including acting on consent solicitations, exchange offers, induced conversions and tender offers. She regularly handles and closes large and complex capital raisings and has been involved in several award winning transactions.
Pallavi is a highly recognised player in the India market and is commended in leading legal benchmarking directories for her technical ability and commerciality.
