Stefan Paciorek, DWF’s CEO International comments: “I am confident that we have made two positive appointments for our regional growth story. Both Ben and Nasir have significant credentials, not just in their respective areas of practice, but in leading strong international teams and working on the operational side of the business. Both are the right fit for Singapore as we embark in the next stage of our expansion in the region”.
Ben said: “Not only am I very pleased to have the opportunity to lead expansion efforts in Singapore and Southeast Asia, but I am delighted to be welcoming Nasir onboard. His expertise is recognised across the region and particularly as a market leader in the corporate practice area for Vietnam. His skill set and credentials tie in perfectly with DWF’s strategy for the region.
Nasir added: “DWF has a growing reputation for its corporate services in an increasingly diverse and global market. The legal business is perfectly placed for me to build on this existing platform”.
Following the launch of DWF’s Singapore office in July 2017 with a four-lawyer team from Eversheds, the practice has developed considerably across various practice areas. The team works largely with clients focused at a regional and global level and offers considerable experience in corporate, technology and fintech, energy, insurance, construction and disputes.
