Hogan Lovells Continues Global BRI Push, Adding a Significant Hire to Create a Strong Pan-Asia Pacific Practice

Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Nick Williams will be joining as a partner in the firm’s Business Restructuring practice, based in the Singapore office.  Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Williams served as a partner in the Singapore office of K&L Gates.

Nick is a leading figure in Singapore’s cross-border restructuring and insolvency market and represents banks, financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity investors, insolvency accounting firms and corporate creditors and debtors. He also has extensive experience in investigations, commercial disputes & international arbitration.
