Simpson Thacher is representing Pola Orbis Holdings Inc. (“Pola Orbis”) in connection with its approximately $300 million announced acquisition of Jurlique International (“Jurlique”).

Pola Orbis, through its subsidiaries, is one of the largest skincare and cosmetics firms in Japan.  Jurlique, based in Australia, is an organic skincare products company.
