LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and RBS Securities Inc. as joint-lead and bookrunning managers in connection with a private placement of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 6.50% Senior Notes due 2022 of Consolidated Communications Finance II Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Consolidated Communications, Inc. (“CCI”), pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The proceeds from the offering will be used to fund CCI’s acquisition of Enventis Corporation.
CCI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. Consolidated Communications is a regional communications service provider offering a full-suite of data and voice solutions to business and residential customers in Illinois, Texas, Pennsylvania, California, Kansas and Missouri.
