Vanessa advises national and international clients in various industries, with a particular focus on: Mergers and acquisitions,
Corporate finance and governance, Private equity and venture capital, Technology, life sciences, and real estate investment trust.
Vanessa is the co-director of the Osgoode Hall part-time LLM in business law and also teaches corporate finance for the program. She is the chair of the SummerWorks Theatre Festival’s board of directors and a member of the UTS Foundation’s board of directors.
