Holland & Knight’s Private Wealth Services Group has added Cynthia Gausvik as a partner in the firm’s Tysons, Va., office. She previously was a partner at Blank Rome.
Ms. Gausvik concentrates her tax and estate planning practice on advising families and closely held business owners of ultra-high net worth from a broad array of industries, including real estate owners and developers, construction company owners, retail company owners, technology entrepreneurs and government contractors in connection with their estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning.

Ms. Gausvik received an LL.M. degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia.
