Based in Vancouver, Robin is a natural resources lawyer with extensive experience in all aspects of corporate transactions, focusing specifically on the mining and forestry industries. Robin joins Dentons from Norton Rose Fulbright.

Robin regularly advises on logging contracts, mining option agreements, joint ventures, and other agreements specific to mining and forestry.
He also possesses extensive knowledge in negotiating arrangements with First Nations in British Columbia involving impact and benefit agreements, negotiation protocols, and limited partnership arrangements.
As one of the country’s leading natural resource authorities, Robin is recognized in several prestigious directories, including Chambers Canada in the area of Agribusiness: Forestry and The Legal 500 Canada in Indigenous Law. Robin received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996.
