Based in Vancouver, Morgan has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, agri-business, regulatory and Aboriginal law, as well as criminal and municipal law. She has represented a diverse range of clients in British Columbia and the Yukon before all levels of court and arbitral tribunals.

She was also a past contributing editor to Fraser, Horn & Griffin, The Conduct of Civil Litigation in British Columbia, looseleaf (Ontario: LexisNexis Canada Inc., 2007), a cornerstone resource for the litigation bar in British Columbia.

Morgan maintains a strong commitment to her community by mentoring students and young lawyers, as well as upholding a busy pro bono practice, where she represents clients on a variety of legal issues, including criminal law.
She earned her Bachelors of Laws from Queen’s University, and was called to the Yukon Bar in 2013, and the British Columbia Bar in 2006.
