Agnieszka Lipska will enhance the development of the project finance and acquisition finance practice at Dentons’ Warsaw office. With her she brings many years of experience in providing comprehensive advice on all types of financing deals to borrowers and lenders alike. Besides project finance and acquisition finance deals she has also successfully coordinated asset finance and property finance projects, bond issues and restructurings. Agnieszka will also contribute her extensive experience in liaising with EBRD and EIB. She acted as leading counsel for two largest PPP finance projects on the Polish market, and other one-of-a-kind transactions, such as e.g. a hybrid project finance deal for a major oil refinery. She also brings significant experience on cross-border deals, including as a lead overseas counsel. Before joining Dentons, she was at Allen & Overy for eight years and prior to that she worked at CMS Cameron McKenna. She achieved recognition in the last two editions of Chambers Europe in the scope of banking and finance as well as projects and infrastructure, and in the most recent IFLR 1000 edition.
Łukasz Błaszczak supports Agnieszka Lipska on the full range of her projects. He is experienced, among others, in advising on project finance and acquisition finance transactions, as well as property acquisition financing. Łukasz Błaszczak also advised on securitization projects on the Polish market and on issuing debt securities, including public offerings. He participated in numerous cross-border projects and served clients from a multitude of jurisdictions worldwide. Before joining Dentons, he worked at Allen & Overy for three years.
