The Warsaw office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Dr. Adam Stopyra as a partner its banking and asset finance practice. He joins the firm from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, where he served as a leader of the regulatory practice.
With more than 12 years of experience, Stopyra focuses his practice on financial regulatory issues, investment funds, derivatives, securitization, receivables trading, and payment services. He also advises on various M&A transactions in the banking sector, as well as on the openings of foreign banks and investment firms in Poland.
