Legal advisor Michał Bobrzyński has joined Greenberg Traurig as a Local Partner of the Warsaw Office. Michał Bobrzyński specializes in regulatory matters, including those connected with the GDPR and IT, as well as issues related to project financing. He has been advising domestic and foreign investors for years in connection with M&A transactions, as well as in the field of corporate law, bankruptcy and restructuring, and private equity.

In addition to being a qualified Legal Advisor admitted to practice in Poland, Michał Bobrzyński earned an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and is a US-qualified attorney registered in the State of New York.
