Continuing to expand its global presence, Rimon Law is opening a Warsaw, Poland office with the addition of Federico Salinas as Partner and a team of Polish associates who are labor law, real estate, immigration and corporate law specialists. Mr. Salinas is a senior business leader and advisor who has led a prominent Venture Capital firm based in Europe. Mr. Salinas joins Rimon from Nous Evolution, the venture capital firm and business consultancy firm he founded, and Nous Evolution Legal, where he represented clients in business matters.
The activities of Nous Evolution Legal will merge into Rimon Law. Nous Evolution will continue to be run by Mr. Salinas’ business partner. Nous Evolution and Rimon Law will work together in Europe, where appropriate, to provide seamless legal and business consultancy, particularly in operational expansion of North American companies across Europe.
Prior to founding Nous Evolution, Mr. Salinas was a Partner at Greenberg Traurig.
Mr. Salinas and the Warsaw office will add to the firm’s strength in helping clients navigate cross-border transactional work. Mr. Salinas’ practice focuses on helping international companies enter the European market, and has decades of experience advising companies and sovereign entities in the negotiation of debt terms and the structuring of equity and hybrid investments.
He also assists both investors and entrepreneurs structuring their relationship in the venture capital and private equity contexts.
With the opening in Warsaw, Rimon will now have 23 offices, in five countries across three continents. The firm recently expanded, opening offices in Asia and Europe, and will soon launch an office in Moscow.
Mr. Salinas has previously spearheaded the opening of offices for law firms in Poland, England, and the UAE.
“Federico has a unique skill set that will help smooth the road for any company or investor looking for opportunities in Europe. He is truly an international transactions expert who joins as Rimon continues to expand our international footprint. Our clients are global players and they look to us for their international expansion. We are pleased to welcome Federico to Rimon,” said Michael Moradzadeh, CEO of Rimon Law.
Federico added: “I am joining Rimon Law because they are far along the curve of implementing a model that uses technology where it is needed (connectivity and repetitive functions) while relying on human creativity where it can add the most value (project management, complex problem solving and multi-disciplinary approaches). We plan to continue to service clients in their operational expansion in Europe, leveraging the technological solutions of Rimon Law to provide efficient service while looking for business opportunities and relationships for our clients to achieve top-line growth and cost reductions. This is ultimately what clients need and want from an advisor. At Rimon Law Poland, our special expertise is law, but our function is to find solutions that fit within the business needs of our clients.”
