He is an ideal addition to our team, and we are delighted to welcome him to the firm.”
“Shai’s extensive experience with the Renewable Fuel Standard Program is a nice complement to our extensive Low Carbon Fuel Standard experience, and his broad climate practice will be a great asset for both our energy transition clients and our energy technology clients,” said Scott Janoe, firmwide chair of Baker Botts’ Environmental, Safety & Incident Response Section (ESIR).
Mr. Sahay earned his A.B. from Harvard University in 2002, graduating magna cum laude. He earned his J.D. from Harvard in 2007.
