Douglas Boggs Joins DLA Piper’s Corporate Practice in Washington, DC

DLA Piper announced today that Douglas Boggs has joined the firm’s Corporate practice as a partner in Washington, DC.

Boggs advises corporations and private equity and venture capital funds on divestitures, financings, securities matters and acquisitions, including equity and debt financings, public securities offerings, mergers, stock and asset transfers, corporate reorganizations, restructurings and joint ventures. Boggs also has significant international transactional experience, especially in Africa and the Middle East.

Boggs received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, his M.B.A. from Georgetown Business School and his B.S. from Duke University.
