FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Denise Delcore has joined the Firm as a partner. She joins from Polsinelli PC, where she was a partner and shareholder.
Denise joins the Firm’s Corporate Department and Employment Practice. As a labor and employment specialist, she offers her expertise in human resources to company owners, managers, and HR departments.
Her areas of counsel include termination decisions, preparing and issuing disciplinary actions, responses to sexual harassment and discrimination allegations, and leave and disability accommodation. She also assists companies in negotiations with, and all other matters connected to, labor unions.
Denise is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), the preeminent nationally recognized credentials for those having mastered the strategic and policy-making aspects of Human Resources management in the United States.
Denise holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from the University of Kansas.
