Stamas will work in the firm’s New York and Washington, D.C. offices, while Director, Herman and Fine will be based in the Washington, D.C. office and also will work regularly in the New York office. They all join from Kirkland & Ellis, continuing their corporate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity practices.
