Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Ranan Well joined the firm’s Asset Management Transactions practice and Private Equity group as a partner, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. Well arrives at the firm from the Washington office of Stradley Ronon.

Well represents a wide variety of industry leaders in the full range of asset and wealth management transactions. His extensive experience includes acquisitions and sales of asset managers, minority investments in traditional and alternative asset management firms, fund adoptions, management buyouts and investment team lift-outs.
