Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP added Noah Pollak as a new key member of the firm’s growing Energy Project Finance & Development Practice. Pollak will be located in the Washington, D.C. office and joins the firm’s substantial Energy & Natural Resources Practice. Pollak joins from Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP.
Pollak brings more than 15 years of experience helping clients develop, finance, and acquire solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen, and natural gas projects — including utility-scale projects, commercial and industrial assets, residential solar portfolios, energy savings application, data centers, and transmission infrastructure.
He advises lenders, developers, sponsors, and private equity firms on all sides of these transactions, including debt financings, tax equity investments, joint ventures, acquisitions, and project documents.

Pollak’s hire comes on the heels of other significant additions to the Energy & Natural Resources Practice, including John Eliason in Washington, D.C. and Jeffrey A. Chester in Los Angeles, who serve as global co-heads of the Energy Project Finance & Development Practice; renewable project finance lawyers Audrey Louison in Washington, D.C. and Eric W. Macaux in Boston; leading energy mergers and acquisitions lawyer Paolo Esposito in Milan; and the new head of the Energy & Natural Resources Practice in Poland, Konrad Kosicki. Following the launch of its Asia Energy & Infrastructure Practice, which is anchored by Da Woon (Christina) Jeong, Joseph Kim, Jared Raleigh, and William Wu, the firm also plans to expand with an office in Singapore.

Pollak’s addition follows a period of explosive growth for Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office, which has added more than 50 attorneys since the beginning of 2021 with a diverse mix of regulatory, litigation, and transactional backgrounds.
