Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to grow its global Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation footprint with the addition of Harry Hyunho Park as a shareholder. Park joins from BakerHostetler as an IP litigator with a strong technical background.
Park advises clients in complex IP litigation matters and brings significant experience in litigating patent infringement cases in U.S. federal district courts and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
In addition to his more than 15 years of experience as an IP litigator, Park holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. His advanced technical and legal background allows Park to quickly learn the nuances of a client’s technology – even in burgeoning areas like Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things – and clearly explain those nuances to non-technical parties in court, the boardroom, or at the negotiation table.

Fluent in both English and Korean, Park’s global practice includes advising a variety of clients ranging from major consumer electronic companies in South Korea to small tech startups in Silicon Valley, as well as global cosmetic companies.

Before becoming a lawyer, Park was a researcher for a large medical device manufacturer and has also taught a law school course on patent prosecution, drawing on his significant experience with cases before the USPTO.
