Elizabeth Noll, Deputy Assistant Secretary for House Affairs within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has joined Holland & Knight’s Public Policy & Regulation Group as a senior policy advisor. Ms. Noll has spent her career enabling policy solutions to tackle the nation’s energy system and climate challenges.
Prior to working at DOE, Ms. Noll was vice president at the Coefficient Group. She had previously served as Deputy Director of Congressional and External Affairs for the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she worked with Congress, the administration and clean energy industry partners to develop federal clean energy policy for the building, transportation and power sectors. Her experience includes testifying before U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee on energy efficiency policies.

Ms. Noll received an M.S. degree in public policy from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree from Clemson University.
