Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Jonathan L. Gold has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Gold brings more than 20 years of experience in creditors’ rights and complex financial restructuring matters, as well as in state court and bankruptcy litigation matters. His practice includes serving as counsel to, among other clients, official creditors’ committees, financial institutions, equipment lenders, and purchasers of bankruptcy estate assets. He regularly represents clients in litigation matters including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, disputes concerning executory contracts and unexpired leases, and other litigation arising from, or related to, the Bankruptcy Code, as well as state court collection matters.
Mr. Gold is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers. Mr. Gold received his B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
