Mr. Pileggi brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation. His practice focuses on representing in high-stakes disputes corporations, stockholders, members of boards of directors, members and managers of LLCs, and others with managerial or ownership interest in other corporate entities. In particular, he has extensive experience in matters involving fiduciary duties and corporate governance, as well as summary proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law.
Mr. Pileggi has successfully litigated groundbreaking Second Amendment cases and related constitutional issues on behalf of civil right organizations, both in federal and state appellate court. In both 2015 and 2019, he received the Chief Justice William Killen Award for Distinguished Second Amendment Appellate Advocacy. He is also widely published and often presents seminars on corporate law and legal ethics topics, and recently published a book on legal ethics.

Mr. Pileggi is admitted to practice law before the courts of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Abner is a commercial litigator with both private and public legal experience, having worked as an assistant city solicitor to the City of Wilmington. She received her law degree from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the university’s Business Law Review.
