With more than two decades of experience in business and law, Mr. Barnes focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, in the energy, communications technology and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Barnes practiced with Womble Bond Dickinson LLP where he represented public and private companies in a variety of transactions and general corporate matters. Before entering private practice, he served as in-house counsel for a large technology company.

Paul, Weiss Adds Antitrust Partner in Washington
