Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that experienced financial services litigator Meredith Boylan has joined the firm as a partner in the Investigations & White Collar Defense (IWCD) and Fintech & Payments practices, based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Boylan joins from Venable. Her arrival follows the recent addition of Investigations and Fintech partner Allyson Baker, who leads Paul Hastings’ Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) practice.

She also regularly represents a variety of clients in complex business disputes in federal and state courts, as well as in private mediations and arbitrations. Ms. Boylan previously served as an assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, where she prosecuted appeals involving complex and novel legal issues.
