Rimon welcomes cannabis law attorney Jason Klein as a Partner in its Washington, D.C. office

Rimon is proud to welcome Jason Klein as a Cannabis Law Partner in its Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Klein is the 28th Partner to join Rimon this year. He joins from Offit Kurman, where he was Principal and Chair of the firm’s cannabis law group.

Mr. Klein has a long track record of helping his clients to successfully navigate the challenging and dynamic cannabis regulatory and business environments. He represents clients across the full spectrum of the cannabis industry, including direct and ancillary marijuana companies, hemp growers and supply chain operators, investors, registered providers, and many others, in a variety of states primarily east of the Mississippi River.

Mr. Klein brings a wealth of experience to Rimon’s premier cannabis team that includes Lukian Kobzeff, Justin Keller, and Paul Castillo. The firm’s innovative business model will allow Mr. Klein to customize his practice to best fit the needs of each of his clients as they adapt to shifts in the cannabis landscape.

Mr. Klein earned his J.D., M.P.A., and B.A. (cum laude) from Indiana University.
