Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its award-winning Corporate Practice with the addition of Tamara Rizkalla as a shareholder in the Washington, D.C. office. Rizkalla joins the firm from McGuireWoods.
Rizkalla will focus her practice on health care industry transactions, regulatory, and compliance matters. She advises private equity funds and health care clients, including health care industry entrepreneurs, on structuring transactions, evaluating investment-related regulatory risks, and a variety of legal aspects of day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.

Rizkalla earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. She earned an M.A. at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a B.A., magna cum laude, at Edinboro University.
