He regularly speaks and writes on issues related to Delaware corporate litigation and the unique complexities of practicing law in Delaware.
Melissa J. Tea, co-leader of K&L Gates’ litigation and dispute resolution practice area, commented: “We are excited to welcome Adam to K&L Gates’ litigation and disputes resolution practice. As a seasoned Delaware litigator with experience in a wide variety of business disputes, Adam will further strengthen our litigation capabilities in a very active jurisdiction and is well-positioned to grow his practice on our platform.”

They are among the nearly 90 new partners and of counsel who have joined K&L Gates since the beginning of 2020.
“Adam has the experience and maturity to hit the ground running in our very busy litigation practice and expand our ability to help existing and new clients with their litigation needs in Delaware,” said Scott E. Waxman, managing partner of K&L Gates’ Wilmington office.
